Starting a conversation

Talking about your life with someone can be challenging. 
We offer a safe and supportive place to explore whatever may be troubling you.

The  psychotherapy we practise can help you better understand the difficulties you may be having and the reasons they persist. 
We do this by talking together about you and your life.

When you first contact us, you will be invited for an initial consultation.
This is a chance for you to meet one of us and ask any questions you may have. 
We will ask you a bit about yourself and why you have sought help. 
If you would like to move forward with your therapy
we can decide together how best to do this.
